For those who drive everyday may feel this, car is not just a car or transportation, but also another home or personal/private place where you can be yourself and relax. I always enjoy driving, especially when on a straight road. I could think, talk to myself, or even sing loud to get all emotions out.
Technically, today is a very normal day without any special. But if put it into serious, then today is full of appreciation.
One of job duties is to print labels which is really bored and time consumes. In the meantime, I can't do other things, but have to keep eyes on labels, take roll down, print next item number, and repeat. Really not like of this part of job duty.
After few days of sickness on bed, and total relax for healing at home today, finally tonight, I could go back to my routine life...do night chanting and meditation.

Ok, after slept almost two days, I finally able to sit straight now and watch TV. Yeah. Although still coughing and running nose.
Ok, I was supposed to write this yesterday, but I skipped it, because I almost slept whole day long. Only few hours in clear mind.
I have to say I had a bad day today because I seem to catch cold. Keep coughing and headache. Normally headache could go away after sleeping, but not this time. I even can feel there is fire inside of me which makes me has high temperature. Took off from work early today just to come home to sleep.
I had a good boss when I was working in the US. He was one of few man who has good temper. He said once if being angry can't get things done or make better, then why bother to get angry. Plus, he treats employees like valuable assets, instead of company owns employees. So he gave me freedom, trust and respect, in return, I worked my best to being a good employee / helper to him. This is just a mutual respect between boss and employees.
Most women at my age will try hard to stay away junk food, but sometimes it is just that hard. If you asked me what I missed about USA life, I will say except those yummy tacos which I can't get here, next will be hot chittos.

Some Christians feel happy and peace every Sunday morning because of going to church and feel God presents. I am not a Christian, but I have the same happy feeling today. After all, this feeling is more at spiritual level, rather than material.
The famous spiritual mentor of 20th century, J. Krishnamurti, once said and I paraphrase " the happy from outside is not the real happy, but from inside of your heart without reasons, just smile, then that's a true happy."
When I started this 100 happiness day challenge, I was actually in a blue mood, although 2015 just get started. There are things and people I faced, but not sure how to deal with it. Most of time, I just keep them in mind, and clean them day by day to get over. But sometimes it is just so hard to get over and need to talk to someone.
Just day 3, I began to wonder why I want to make this challenge. Walk on same streets to work and home, see same people at office, sit at the same seat, and no new excited thing everyday. Work is bored, no challenge and no self-satisfaction for long time. The only thing to be grateful is this job gives me flexibility. But is this the only thing I want? At this day 3 of 100 happiness day challenge, I first time feel life is suck.
For whole day long, I was looking for things to be happy about, basically it was just another regular day, like every other days. But, I guess law of attraction starts working some how when I decided to do this 100 days challenge.
Someone once said if you can find one happy thing from daily routine everyday, then your life will be changed. It is kind of hard for me because my life is really in routine order, and in a small world. Normally, there is no new thing to be happy about.
