When I started this 100 happiness day challenge, I was actually in a blue mood, although 2015 just get started. There are things and people I faced, but not sure how to deal with it. Most of time, I just keep them in mind, and clean them day by day to get over. But sometimes it is just so hard to get over and need to talk to someone.
Thanks to Molly today to listen to my thoughts and down time. I felt better after it.
