勇敢去飛 Dream Big Be Brave

因為食安問題，外面的麵好像也不是那麼安心可以買，然後又在年前的世貿展看到這好像很簡單使用的製麵機，所以林爸爸決定把這個玩具買回家玩玩看了。

今天是第二次拿出來使用，不錯，熟能生巧，半小時就把麵做好，三杯麵粉剛好是我們晚餐的量。因為林爸爸覺得粗麵比較好吃，所以我們只有做粗麵，下次應該來試試細麵的口感，或是做個餅皮來吃吃看。

至於麵的口感，林爸爸覺得比外面買的還要Q，還要好吃。而我呢？至少是自己做的，較安心啦！

Due to food safety issues last year, and happened to see this noodle home making machine, daddy decided to take it home as new toy.

It is our 2nd try today. Well, getting better. Noodle was made ready in 30 minutes. We like thicker tastes than thin, but we may try thin noodle next time. After all, this machine can make thick, thin noodles, and even pastry. We should try them all.

But the bottom line is, it is so much safer to eat food made at home. That’s the most important.
