What do you usually do before go to bed? Pray? Think about the day you have? Think nothing just go straight to bed? Carry anger to bed? Carry happy feeling to the dream?

"Days have good and bad. No matter what kind of the day we have, it is good to thanks for the day. Thanks for the good days so we have blast. Thanks for the tough days so we can learn and be positive. Thanks to have another day past safely so we are able to lay down on our beds comfortly tonight. Then, think good things for tomorrow to happen, so we will wake up in smiles to know, <it is going to be a great day again today>."
