You think you were hurt because others seemed doubt you and not trust you. You didn’t believe their explainations. You hold on that hurt inside of you and became so much anger. You blamed them to give you these bad experiences. You said you hated them treat you this way. No matter how many times others say sorry to you. No matter how sincer others treat you after you felt hurt. You just couldn't take it. You let anger grow and explore.
Well Dear,
"We all hurt by someone at some points in this life time. It is normal and it is a good thing. The hurt can help us to grow stronger if we let ourselves to heal and see the positive side. Yes, blame someone is OK, at least it can let an anger to relieve at the point, but don't take that too long. When we become a habit to blame someone, then everything others say or do will become an offense to us, and we will feel hurt all the times. Why make our life so hard and so blamful? Why can't we be more positive and easy? Plus, those who are willing to apologize to us are the ones care and love us. Is it fair to treat people we love this way? Or maybe we take their love for granted so we can keep blaming them and express anger?
Dear, no one can actually heal our hurt, only us. Put a bandage, and heal it. It is the best way to love us and respect others who love us too."
